You can logout of your account by first clicking “Members” located in the site top navigation and then “Log out” located at the bottom right of the account box.

Can I cancel my membership plan at anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your membership any time simply by logging into your account, clicking Members, then “Plans” and then by selecting cancel from the ellipsis menu.

You will still have access to the member only content until the start of the next billing cycle.

Can I change my plan, or switch from monthly to annual?

Yes, you can change your plan any time by logging into your account, clicking Members, then Plans and then Join New. If you join a new plan with an existing one active you will automatically receive a pro-rated credit and your plan will change to the new one selected.

Yes, your credit card will immediately be charged for the amount listed when you subscribe to any of our member plans.

If you subscribe to Pivotal Weather Plus you will see a monthly charge for your member plan listed as Pivotal Weather-LLC or PivotalWx-LLC.

Your credit card will be charged the day you subscribe and will continue to be charged on the same day each month unless cancelled.
